What we collect and why
We do not ask you to create an account, and the site has no forms that collect your name or details.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Links to casinos (affiliate links)
Some links on this site lead to casinos we work with as an affiliate. When you follow one, the casino may record that you came from RTP Scout so that we can be paid a commission. We do not receive your personal details from the casino. Once you are on the casino's website, its own privacy policy applies.
Who we share data with
We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and security).
Some of these providers may transfer data outside the UK and the European Economic Area, for example to the United States. Such transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. This does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt). In the UK it is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). You can also contact the authority in the country where you live.

This website is for adults only (18+, or older where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
